We will refund you for any bottle of whiskey that is damaged, flawed or that the customer finds unsatisfactory within 30 days of purchase. We ask the customer returns the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept returns of whiskey that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or whiskey that is ordered in error. Please send an email to [email protected] and include the following information to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product:

  • Name of person that placed the order
  • Order number
  • Name of product
  • 5 digit product code located near the bottom of the glass
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for return

Note that the following items may not be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Sales items

Once the whiskey is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the whiskey less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at (503) 235-3174 for questions or concerns.
