Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for any bottle of whiskey that is damaged or flawed within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be damaged or flawed, as we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless they meet these criteria.
  • We do not accept returns for whiskey damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment or for orders placed in error.

How to Request a Return

If you have a damaged or flawed product, please return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. To initiate the return process, send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Name of the person who placed the order
  • Order number
  • Name of the product
  • 5-digit product code located near the bottom of the bottle
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the return

Non-returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned whiskey, we will issue a refund to your credit card for the cost of the whiskey, excluding shipping and handling fees. For bottles that were damaged or flawed upon arrival, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.

Order Changes

A $25 handling fee will be charged for any changes requested (including address changes) after orders have been processed. We may not be able to accommodate all requested changes, so please be sure to update your account as soon as possible. All products are considered final sale once the package has been delivered by the carrier.

Shipping Timeline

  • Your order will be sent to the fulfillment center within 2-5 business days of processing.
  • After reaching the fulfillment center, orders typically ship within another 2-5 business days and arrive within 3-15 business days.
  • Orders shipped to Florida, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, and Texas may experience an additional delay of 4-6 business days.
  • Weather and peak buying periods may also affect shipping times. Westward Whiskey assumes no liability for whiskey affected by weather during transit but will do our best to prevent weather damage and inform you of any expected holds.
