How long will it take to receive my package?

If I have selected pick-up as my delivery method, how do I know when my order is ready to pick up?

Once we have packed up your order, we will send you an email with pick up instructions. Once you have this email, you are set to come down to the distillery to pick up your order. You can pick up orders between 12:00PM and 5:00PM seven days per week

Where do I pick up my order?

All online pick-up orders can be collected from our distillery tasting room located at 65 SE Washington Street, Portland, Oregon 97214.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

We cannot ship to a PO Box, including military bases, FedEx, UPS or Walgreens as they will not accept other local carriers' packages. Please keep in mind that all orders that contain alcohol need to be received by a person over the age of 21.

Does someone need to be present to sign for this package?

Yes. All packages that contain alcohol need to be delivered to and signed for by a person over the age of 21.

I am a club member, or a whiskey of the month subscriber and I've moved. How do I update my address?

If you are a club member, you can log in to your account here and update your address or you can email us at [email protected]. If you are a whiskey of the month subscriber, please email [email protected] with your updated information.

Can I change from pick-up to ship or vice versa?

How do I place an order for multiple recipients at different locations?
